This means you can cook multiple dishes all at the same time, or simply power down zones during quieter hours to reduce running costs.
The griddle is fitted on a sturdy stand, which not only raises the unit up to a comfortable working height, but also provides handy extra storage on the shelf below. And when it's time, the whole unit is easy to clean, with removable drip trays and solid stainless steel design throughout.
