This high heat 1/1 gastronorm tray from Cambro is 150mm deep and is designed to be adaptable to temperature changes. With a temperature range from -40?C to 190?C the high heat tray can go from prep to the oven or steam table to reduce unnecessary handling and the use of several other trays. This high heat tray is also suitable for freezing, cooking or reheating, and unlike metal trays it is microwave safe.
