Designed to neatly fit full size (1/1GN) gastronorm pans underneath, the Moffat offers a generous amount of display space, whilst also being highly reliable. With simple gantry-mounted controls and strong curved neo-ceram glass, it's a stylish, user friendly addition to any self-service or assisted service area.
The drop-in design and simple 13A plug-in connection ensures it's easy to install, whilst fitting seamlessly into your food line. And thanks to the built-in quartz lighting, food is elegantly illuminated and gently warmed from above as well - great for maximising the lifespan of displayed food. Suitable for most pan types except cast iron.
