Victor Empress Refrigerated Blown Air Well

Sturdy refrigerated air well from Victor, constructed from stainless steel with radiused corners for easy cleaning. Operates between 3 and 5 degrees and is suitable for pans up to 65mm deep. Has four heavy duty castors (two lockable) for easy manoeuvrability.
