Featuring exceptionally heavy duty construction and robust controls, the Falcon Chieftain general purpose oven provides exceptional performance, capacity and reliability. Fully gastronorm compatible, the Falcon oven is able to accept large double size (2/1) pans and the drop-down door acts as a sturdy surface to rest trays. The stainless steel worktop doubles as additional work space and can accommodate other appliances such as rice cookers and microwaves. For safety, the adjustable shelves include an anti-tilt facility, preventing accidents whilst moving pans in and out of the oven.
