With easy-to-use precision controls, you can set the oven temperature anywhere between 120?C and 270?C - inside, there are two shelves and five shelf positions to get maximum use from the large capacity, and it can accommodate 2/1GN gastronorms too. The drop down door comes in very handy, not only for inserting or removing cookware but also if you need to rest trays just before serving. The oven chamber is made from a vitreous enamel, which will help to speed up your cleaning times as well.
