Lincat Convector CO223 Convection Oven
Designed and manufactured in the UK, the Lincat CO223 convection oven is the perfect appliance for baking, roasting, braising and reheating in the pro kitchen. Compact and efficient, the Lincat has all the functionality you need - from a generous 3x 1/1GN capacity, to the two-speed bi-directions fans which give you the precision to cook even delicate foods. The oven is specifically designed for busy kitchens and has a electronic timer and buzzer, which also flashes the light in the oven when cooking is completed - great for noisy areas.
Available in manual or digital control versions - please select from the drop-down. Please note: the digital control version includes a humidity injection function which requires a permanent water connection.
